First, we provide a free consultation call and assessment either over the phone or on Zoom. School reports, and examples of work may be collected to further help us in identifying the perfect tutor for your child. We then reach out to our team of tutors to check availability.
Lessons take place in the convenience of your home or another suitable location. We also provide online tuition as well hybrid set ups for even greater flexibility.
Each tutor undergoes a strict 4 step interview process:
1) The applications and resumes are discussed over the phone.
2) In-person or remote interviews take place, during which we assess each interviewee’s teaching approach using a variety of scenarios.
3) Completed reference, review of qualifications and security checks (all our tutors have a DBS).
4) All successful tutors sign Manchester Tutor’s strict code of conduct and contracts before any work with one of our families starts.
